Tami Recke serves as the Office Manager for 3 Arrows Property Inspection and oversees the administrative operations that support the company’s inspection services. She operates within the company’s structured systems and is committed to ensuring a smooth, professional experience for clients, agents, and team members from initial scheduling through final report delivery.
Tami brings a strong background in organization, design, and client service. She graduated from Colorado State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Her education and experience contribute to her attention to detail, process management, and ability to maintain efficient workflows within the business.
In her role, Tami is responsible for client communication, scheduling coordination, and operational support. She plays a key role in maintaining the consistency, responsiveness, and professionalism that define the 3 Arrows brand, ensuring that each client interaction is handled with clarity and care.
Working within the disciplined systems that guide 3 Arrows Property Inspection, Tami focuses on organization, reliability, and clear communication. Her efforts help ensure that inspections are scheduled efficiently, expectations are clearly communicated, and clients are supported throughout the process.
Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family, caring for their chickens, and creating custom decorated cookies. Her personal interests reflect creativity, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach that carries into her role within the company.

Thomas Recke is the founder and lead inspector of 3 Arrows Property Inspection and has been a full-time professional home inspector since 2005. He operates within a disciplined, systems-driven framework and is committed to delivering clear, objective findings that help clients fully understand the condition of the property they are purchasing.
Thomas brings a broad and practical background to the inspection industry, including experience in residential construction, roofing, electrical systems, and building diagnostics. His career has been shaped by both hands-on field experience and a commitment to technical competency, allowing him to identify conditions that may impact performance, safety, and long-term durability.
In addition to his inspection experience, Thomas served in both the United States Navy and the United States Army. His military service instilled a strong foundation of discipline, accountability, and attention to detail—principles that continue to define the standards and processes of 3 Arrows Property Inspection today.
Thomas is a Tennessee Licensed Home Inspector and holds multiple professional certifications, including Accredited Commercial Inspector (ACI). He is an active member of ASHI, InterNACHI, and other industry organizations, reflecting his commitment to continuing education and adherence to professional standards.
Working within the structured systems that define the 3 Arrows brand, Thomas focuses on consistency, precision, and thoroughness. His inspections are designed to provide detailed documentation, practical explanations, and a level of service that supports buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the transaction.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, operating his small hobby farm, bow hunting, and amateur radio. His personal and professional pursuits reflect a commitment to discipline, reliability, and long-term stewardship—values that are central to both his life and his business.
Austin Knippenberg, Lead Inspector

Austin Knippenberg is a licensed home inspector with 3 Arrows Property Inspection and operates within the company’s established inspection systems, reporting standards, and client-first approach. He is committed to delivering clear, objective observations and helping clients fully understand the condition of the property they are purchasing.
Austin brings a diverse and highly analytical background to the inspection field. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Morehead State University, where he also conducted extensive research in entomology, microbiology, and botany/mycology. His academic work required precision, detailed observation, and disciplined documentation—skills that directly translate into thorough and methodical property inspections.
Prior to entering the home inspection industry, Austin served as Director of Sales for Clubhouse Roofing, where he led recruitment, training, and management of field teams while actively inspecting and addressing roofing, water management, and ventilation systems. This hands-on experience provides him with a practical understanding of real-world building performance and common failure points.
Austin is a Tennessee Licensed Home Inspector (#3166), a FAA Part 107 Certified Commercial Drone Pilot, and a HAAG Certified Inspector for storm-related damage assessments. He is an active member of ASHI, InterNACHI, and other professional inspection organizations, reflecting his commitment to ongoing education and industry standards.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys fitness and athletics, having achieved Level 3 gymnast status, and maintains a strong interest in environmental science and outdoor activities. His personal and professional pursuits reflect a mindset grounded in discipline, precision, and continuous improvement.
