Our team uses a Continuous Radon Monitor (CRM) to determine if there is radon on the property. This tool is deployed either 48-hours before your inspection, or during your inspection and then collected 48-hours afterward. Depending on when it’s deployed, you’ll receive the results of the report either at your inspection or after the device has been retrieved and the data analyzed. After we have the results, we will provide you with our findings and recommended treatment.
Mold Inspection
Our mold inspection test can determine if there is mold in your home. We use the latest in air sampling techniques to detect concealed mold to help ensure you and your family are safe from mold infestations. Mold tests typically require at least three business days. The samples are sent to a certified laboratory and then the results of the testing are emailed directly to you. We can schedule the test ahead of your inspection to ensure you receive the final results of all reporting at the same time.
