Radon Testing
Radon is colorless and odorless. Without the proper testing it can’t be detected. At 3 Arrows, we provide professional testing for your peace of mind. For your convenience, our Continuous Radon Monitor (CRM) can be deployed 48 hours before the inspection or left at the home for 48 hours after the inspection.
Mold Inspection
While mold can be seen, it can also often be hidden from view. We use an air sampling technique to make sure you and your family are safe. We collect 4 air samples. The outside sample is used as our “control” to compare to the inside quality. We will typically have results within 3 days to add to the report we provide each client from our findings of the home inspection.
